Athletes' exercise precautions

Athletes' exercise precautions

You may see that athletes are very powerful on the field, but in fact, athletes need to train a lot of high-intensity exercises. Only in this way can their physical fitness become much better than others, so that they can complete some more difficult sports. However, there are still certain things to pay attention to the amount of exercise for athletes. If you just blindly increase your amount of exercise, it will not do your body any good, but will hurt your body.

Reasonable arrangement of exercise load before class

This requires teachers to have the teaching materials and students in mind when preparing lessons before class. Having the teaching materials in mind means that when arranging the teaching content, you should reasonably match teaching materials of different nature, different intensities, and appropriate quantity. For example, exercises with high and low intensity can be arranged alternately. Another example is to combine low-intensity exercises such as different ways of walking, standing long jump, throwing, and simple rhythmic dance with high-intensity running, jumping, and climbing. Keeping students in mind means arranging exercise load according to students' age, gender, physical development, athletic level, and physical strength. In addition, the burden of other physical activities, climate change, venue and sanitary conditions, etc. must also be taken into consideration.

Adjust exercise load in time

The most commonly used methods for exercising load detection in classroom teaching are inquiry method and observation method. According to research by Swedish physiologists, when students were asked how they felt after exercise, they had different heart rates when they answered "extremely tired, very tired, a little tired, okay, very relaxed, extremely relaxed", and there was a very obvious correspondence between these heart rates and the answers. In this way, we can use students' answers to determine how well they are bearing the exercise load. The observation rule is a more direct and simple way to know the students' exercise load. Teachers can observe students' complexion, expressions, breathing, sweating, reaction speed and other performances to judge the size of the exercise load they are under. For example, when students are under a smaller physiological load, they have slight sweat on their forehead and their face is slightly red; when they are under a moderate load, their face is flushed and sweat drips from their face; when they are under excessive exercise load, their face turns pale, they sweat profusely, and their movements are out of control.

By measuring the analysis

We can also determine whether the exercise load is appropriate by measuring and analyzing the students' pulse (generally, a pulse index below 120 beats/minute indicates a light exercise load, 140 to 160 beats/minute indicates a moderate exercise load, and 170 to 180 beats/minute indicates a heavy exercise load). The exercise load can be reasonably adjusted by changing the content of the exercises, the number of repetitions, extending or shortening the exercise time, the interval between exercises, the order and combination of exercises, and changing the organization and teaching methods of the class.

It is biased to pay too much attention to the physiological effects on students and ignore the psychological effects, while no longer paying attention to the physiological effects on students is going from one extreme to another. Physical health is the biological basis of mental health and good social adaptation. Therefore, paying attention to exercise load and respecting physiological laws are teaching concepts and behaviors that must be adhered to. We should integrate the concepts of the new curriculum reform into actual physical education teaching on the basis of inheritance, so that physical education teaching can radiate new vitality and vigor.

At this time, we should adjust our exercise volume well, and combine high-intensity exercise with low-intensity exercise. Only in this way can our body muscles not be in a tense state all the time. If you feel that your face is rosy, you should stop and rest immediately, and adjust your breathing state well.
