Women's bodies are soft and easily hurt, so it is not easy to be a tender and delicate woman. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that there are eight parts of women that need special care. Let's learn about them together. 1. Ligaments Compared with men, women are more likely to strain ligaments in joints such as the knee and ankle. This is because women's hips are wider, which causes the ligaments to bear too much force, so women's ligaments are inherently much more fragile than men's. Secondly, women’s motor reactions are generally slower than men’s. When danger occurs, they cannot be relieved in time, making them more susceptible to injury. Health care methods: Doing full-body stretching exercises after getting up every day can wake up the muscles and soften the tendons, ligaments and joints; the hormone levels in women's bodies change after pregnancy, causing relaxation of joint ligaments, so women should arrange their work and life reasonably during pregnancy, try to do less or avoid heavy physical labor, and do not cause unnecessary strenuous activities, which will make the ligaments that are already in an extraordinary period worse; women have poor adaptability to activities with high intensity of exercise, which can easily cause muscle strain and ligament strain, so they should pay attention to warm-up and gradual progress during exercise; choose various sports activities that mainly involve leg activities, such as table tennis, badminton, swimming, skating, aerobics, etc., which can enhance the leg's jumping ability and the flexibility of muscles and ligaments. 2. Breast Of all the organs, the breasts are arguably the most vulnerable part of a woman. Relevant data show that breast cancer has risen to the top of female tumors and has become the number one killer threatening women's health. At present, the incidence of breast cancer not only has an increasing trend year by year, but also a very scary phenomenon of younger age of patients has appeared. Among the breast cancer patients discovered in China, the youngest is only 17 years old. Therefore, once over 30, every woman should learn to examine her breasts by herself. The method of self-examination is to lie flat on the bed in a supine position, and press the breasts clockwise with the fingertips, but do not take a grabbing posture. If you feel scattered granular objects, you should seek medical attention and ask the doctor to help make the final judgment. Health care methods: In daily life, you should eat less high-fat, high-protein, low-fiber foods. At the same time, you should smoke and drink less, eat less spicy and irritating foods, and eat more cabbage, kelp and soy products. You should wear underwear with steel supports and good support. In the busy life and work, you should learn to vent and adjust yourself, relax your emotions, and combine work and rest. You should engage in outdoor activities appropriately, such as taking a walk and doing aerobics. The most important thing is to have a breast examination by a specialist once a year, either by breast ultrasound or mammography. Women over 40 need to have additional molybdenum-palladium radiography every one to two years to check for signs of malignant tumors. 3. Cervix The cervix is the most common site for malignant tumors in women, and the damage it causes to women's health and life is second only to breast cancer. Every year, there are 131,500 new cases of cervical cancer in my country, accounting for one-third of the world's total number of cases. About 50,000 people die from cervical cancer each year, and the incidence population is concentrated in women aged 40 to 60. Cervical cancer used to be more common among middle-aged and elderly women, but now there is a clear trend of earlier onset. Health care method: For women of childbearing age, whether they have given birth or not, they should have a cervical cancer prevention examination once a year. Women over 30 should participate in various screening tests such as cervical smear tests to detect signs of disease early. 4. Abdomen and navel The navel area is a health care "fortress" that health experts attach great importance to. Traditional Chinese medicine calls the navel in the center of the abdomen "Shenque". Massaging, stimulating and conditioning the abdomen and navel can benefit the lungs and strengthen the kidneys, calm the mind, soothe the liver and promote bile secretion, clear the three burners, and prevent disease and strengthen the body. Abdominal massage also has a good auxiliary therapeutic effect on arteriosclerosis, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease and obesity. Health care method: Overlap your hands, press on your navel, apply moderate force, keep breathing naturally, and rub your abdomen around the navel in a clockwise direction. For people who lack daily exercise, it is recommended to develop the habit of alternately clapping the lower and middle abdomen with both palms (once per second) for 20 minutes in their spare time or while taking a walk, which can promote abdominal metabolism. 5. Ears According to traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney opens up to the ear. Rubbing the earlobe frequently can prevent and treat frostbite on the ear, and can also help to strengthen the kidney and waist, and maintain health and prolong life. Health care methods: Pull up the earlobe. Place the index fingers of both hands on the inner side of the tragus, and use the index finger and thumb to pull up the tragus and earlobe, from the inside to the outside. The technique should be from light to heavy. The pulling force should be limited to not feeling pain. Do it for 3 to 5 minutes each time. Rub the earlobe. Make empty fists with both hands, and use the thumb and index finger to push and rub the earlobe up and down until the earlobe becomes congested and hot. Pull up the ear tip. Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to pinch the tip of the auricle, pull it upwards, pull, knead, pinch, and rub it 15 to 20 times to make the local area hot and red. This method has the effects of calming, relieving pain, clearing the brain and eyes, and reducing fever. 6. Chest The strength of a person's immune function depends, to a certain extent, on the concentration of thymosin. Regulating and stimulating the thymus can help fight disease, prevent cancer, strengthen the body and prolong life. Health care method: Press your right hand on the upper part of the right breast, with your fingers slanted downward, and push and rub to the lower left abdomen with moderate force, rubbing back and forth 50 times; use the left hand and rub in the same way 50 times. Then, use the palm of your hand to rub the center of your chest up and down 50 times. You can also use your palms to pat your chest and back alternately, more than 100 times each time, once in the morning and once in the evening. Patting the chest can activate "dormant" thymus cells and enhance cardiopulmonary function. 7. Back Regularly scraping, rubbing, pressing and patting the meridians and muscles on the back can dredge the meridians, calm the mind and help prevent colds. In addition, rubbing the back has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect on middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases. Health care methods: Rub (rub) your back, pat your back, or knock your back (including the back and neck) with a health hammer every morning and evening; or take back massage therapy such as back scraping, spinal manipulation, cupping, etc. 8. Spine Currently, about 70% of people develop spinal diseases due to lack of proper health care in their daily lives. There are four physiological curvatures in the spinal column, the most susceptible to pathological changes are the cervical (cervical spondylosis) and lumbar curvatures (lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation). Health care method: Anorexia and picky eating can be treated by massaging the Jiaji points on both sides of the spine. Every night, the spine is massaged, scraped, cupped, and gently tapped. Acupuncture, Chinese bee therapy and moxibustion in the spinal area have therapeutic effects on nerve pain and ankylosing spondylitis in various sections of the spinal cord. |
