Everyone will encounter muscle soreness. If you don’t exercise for too long, or after exercising occasionally, you will feel sore all over the next day. Friends with good physical fitness may feel the pain disappear in about three days, while those with poor physical fitness may last for about a week. Muscle soreness after exercise is a normal phenomenon. It is because there is too much lactic acid in the human body, which accumulates in the muscles, so people will feel sore all over. So how can you eliminate the soreness all over the body after exercise? 1. Do aerobic exercise after exercise The lactic acid produced in the body after exercise can be consumed by further exercise. Because the lactic acid system, one of the three major functional systems of the human body, requires aerobic decomposition of lactic acid and other body tissues to produce energy. Therefore, we need to do more aerobic exercise after exercise to allow the accumulated lactic acid to be aerobically decomposed and eliminated by other body tissues. For example, you can jog for about twenty minutes right after exercise, or jog for about twenty minutes the next day when you feel sore. After this kind of exercise, you will not feel body aches after doing aerobic exercise again. 2. Stretch your muscles after exercise After exercise, a large amount of lactic acid accumulates in the muscles, causing body aches. So we can eliminate the accumulation of lactic acid by stretching our muscles after exercise. Because the human body's muscles are constantly contracting during exercise, the muscles become congested and expanded, restricting blood circulation. Stretching and cutting after exercise can relax and restore the congested and swollen muscles to the maximum extent, eliminate the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles and unclog the blood circulation in the body. When stretching muscles after exercise, we generally use static stretching. The so-called static stretching is to slowly stretch the muscles to the maximum stretch, then maintain the stretching position for ten to twenty seconds, then rest and relax for a while, and then repeat the stretching two to three times. This is the only way to remove the lactic acid accumulated in the muscles after exercise. When stretching the muscles of the body, you can refer to the starting point and pointing points of each muscle. The way to reduce muscle soreness is to remove the lactic acid accumulation in the body. The two methods mentioned above can be combined together. After exercise, stretch the muscles, and then do aerobic exercise after stretching. In this way, the lactic acid accumulated in the body can be discharged, and the soreness throughout the body can be eliminated, and the body can recover better after exercise. |
