Everyone wants to have a healthy and sexy body, but they don’t know how to exercise specifically, and even think that building muscles is a very difficult thing. Generally, you need to exercise for 1 to 2 hours each time, at least 3 times a week. After a month, your muscles will feel bulging.

When exercising your muscles, you need to pay attention and try to like some ball sports, such as table tennis, badminton, or tennis. A perfect body is not only achieved in the gym, outdoor exercise is also important. As long as you like a ball sport and can further make you participate in it every week, you will gradually experience the advantages of this sport and become more addicted to it, thus entering a virtuous circle of persisting in exercise.

Making an excel spreadsheet on your own computer may seem a bit troublesome, but it is very important for people who have no plan or sense of time. Choose some exercise programs for yourself, such as walking for 10 minutes, jogging for 10 minutes, 20 sit-ups and so on. Set a score for each one you complete. For example, if you can complete walking exercise every day, you will get 2 points for every 5 minutes and 5 points for every 5 minutes of jogging. In this way, you can record your exercise score for the day on this form every day.

After a week of exercise, do a statistics, mainly counting your weight, pulse, and strength. Then write an article about your experience over the years, which can be motivating to yourself. In addition, if you find exercising alone boring, you can call a few good friends to exercise muscles together. This will not only increase the fun of exercise, but also expand the space for interpersonal communication.
