Although pulling from the top to the bottom can widen the back, it has little effect on improving the strength and thickness of the back. Only pulling from the front to the back can achieve this.

Start by extending your arms as far as possible until you feel pressure in your armpits, then pull the handles toward your abdomen. Lift your chest and slightly arch your back. It is crucial to maintain an upward posture at all times, without leaning forward or backward. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.
