Students can choose their favorite sports, such as playing badminton and doing sit-ups and push-ups, which can all be done in school and student dormitories. Some schools have weight loss methods around them, such as lifting dumbbells.

Tuesday back and biceps (one hour in the school gym) abdominal muscles

Wednesday: Play badminton (eat from 4 to 5)

On Sunday, I did dumbbell chest exercises at home. I did the fly bench press and the incline fly bench press to train my left hand (I felt that my left hand was slightly smaller than my right hand).
