2. Foot stretching exercise - squat exercise

Through such small exercises, you can reduce fatigue and swelling of the foot muscles.

3. Head and shoulder stretches – shaking your head, shrugging your shoulders

Working at a desk for long periods of time can put a lot of strain on our heads and shoulders.

In order to stretch the muscles in the neck, shake your head back and forth and left and right. This 360° head rotation can relieve pain in the head and neck.

You can also exercise your shoulders well by simply rolling them in a circle or lifting them up and then suddenly lowering them.
