What is Ball Yoga

The so-called ball yoga is to use an inflatable ball when practicing yoga. This kind of ball yoga is still yoga in essence. Ball yoga exercises can achieve results that traditional yoga exercises cannot achieve. Ball yoga exercises require more physical strength from a person than traditional yoga, and ball yoga exercises require much higher skills and flexibility than traditional yoga. Here is an introduction to ball yoga.

Everyone who finishes yoga feels incredible. This great exercise stretches and tightens your muscles at the same time. For beginners and those who have been learning yoga for a while, adding a ball and a strap to yoga is a new way to do yoga. I've incorporated the ball and strap into some of my favorite yoga poses like combat pose, mermaid pose, etc. You can do this exercise in this order. The whole process should take 10 minutes, and each exercise should last no more than 1 minute. You can also increase the intensity of your workout by holding each pose longer or doing the exercise for more than 10 minutes.

Ball yoga benefits: can tighten and smooth your lower abdomen. It can make your inner thighs more symmetrical. Improve your balance. Tighten and tone your legs. Improve your core strength. The ball can help you maintain balance in this challenging pose. Stand with the ball 2 feet in front of you. Press your right palm onto the top of the ball. Shift your body's center of gravity to your right foot, lift your left leg at the same time, exhale, and bring your right foot as close to your hips as possible. Grab your left ankle with your left hand, and inhale when your left leg touches your back. Hold this position for 30 seconds, breathing normally, then relax and repeat on the other side.

Please note that although ball yoga exercises have very good effects, it is not recommended to do ball yoga exercises right away if you do not have some basic yoga skills. When practicing ball yoga, you must have a teacher to guide you. You can start practicing only after you have learned it yourself. If you want to practice ball yoga well, it is best to start with basic yoga.
