The trauma of the soul can only be solved by this "posture"

Any external or internal factor that causes excessive mental stress will cause our mind to lose balance. As a result, neurological functions are hampered and mental coordination begins to weaken. Inner changes develop more slowly in some people than quickly in others. This may manifest in any area of our lives.

If a person is in a state of excessive tension for a long time (excessive tension includes emptiness, depression, tension, anger, melancholy, etc.), it will cause the nerves to lose coordination function and further cause mental illness. As a result, the individual's thoughts, behaviors, manners, behavior, and views on issues will lose control (of course, we often find that sometimes only part of the ability is lost), and various expressions and behaviors beyond normal will appear.

The problem is widespread and can affect people of all ages, genders, nationalities and social and economic backgrounds. So, two problems arise before us: first, how to stop and change what we think are diseases and problems caused by the spirit; second, how and by what methods can we maintain and control the mind and restore the spirit to what I believe is a healthy state.

In yoga, we can find answers about prevention and healing.

In order to understand the principles of the yogic method, it is necessary to briefly discuss the causes of mental problems. All factors that can influence people's spirit mainly come from three basic aspects: nature, society and self. It is a specific factor that makes a person's mind tense and out of balance, either focusing on nature, society, or oneself. In Samkhya Yoga, these three aspects are called Brahman, material reality, and spiritual reality.

Mental illnesses caused by natural factors may be certain natural disasters, animal threats, or special natural phenomena. Similarly, social factors may arise from problems in religion, race, ethnicity, economy, politics, etc., and may also include the difficulty of reconciling the customs, habits, and lifestyles that exist within certain sects. In addition, there are many problems that arise from a person's own beliefs, convictions, views, preferences, and habits. They may also be caused by certain inner emotions (such as jealousy, suspicion, revenge, insult, hobbies, fantasies, love, hatred, etc.).

In society, whether it is an industrial society or an agricultural society, whether it is a tribal society or a primitive society, almost everyone faces various problems arising from the above three aspects. Today, we are also facing many problems and spiritual confusions to a greater or lesser extent. Although the nature and form of the problems we face have changed due to constantly changing conditions, the problems still exist. It is therefore helpful to understand the universal human perspectives of the early yogic thinkers and the solutions they proposed.

Among the pioneers who contributed to the foundation of the Yoga system, Kapila was the first to establish the Samkhya philosophical system.

According to Gapillo, all the problems facing people can be answered by specialized knowledge. Due to the lack of this specialized knowledge, unfamiliar and rare events can cause distress to people. When a person discovers and masters the specialized knowledge about the self - individual consciousness and self-nature, then rare events and their consequences caused by any of the factors mentioned above will not confuse and distress him. When a person discovers and masters the specialized knowledge about the self - individual consciousness and self-nature, then rare events and their consequences caused by any of the factors in the above three aspects will not cause him confusion and distress.

This specialized knowledge includes the mysteries of the virtues of self-nature, namely the three virtues of middle virtue, lower virtue and upper virtue, and also includes the understanding of all material aspects of self-nature. The understanding of self-nature matter must be combined with the understanding of the structure, function, and mutual relationship of the self's various sensory organs, motor organs, spirit, intelligence and other organs.

If a person has a certain level of understanding, he will gain the ability to overcome pain, thereby maintaining mental balance and gaining joy, happiness and comfort even in daily life.
