The third type: triangle yoga

Key points of the movement: Keep your upper body straight, open your legs about one and a half shoulder widths, with your feet at a 60-degree angle, and your hands hanging on both sides of your body; raise your arms to the sides to your shoulders, inhale, and shake your upper body left and right; exhale, extend your right hand downward until it touches your ankle, while extending your left arm upward and looking up at the fingertips of your left hand. Repeat the movements in the same way on the other side, do 20-30 sets, and you can do it every day.
