1. Pat your legs

Generally speaking, it is not easy to lose weight if the leg muscles are tight, so you should pat your legs before and after exercising to relax the strong leg muscles. Sit on the ground, bend your feet naturally to 90 degrees, make fists with both hands and gently tap your leg muscles, tapping your legs alternately, and patting the sides and back of the legs from top to bottom. This can effectively promote circulation and help relax tense leg muscles.

2. Stretching method

Stretching exercises can tighten leg muscles, stretch leg lines, and lengthen legs by exercising ligaments. Therefore, girls with thick legs should do it frequently.

1. Sit on the ground and grab the sole of your right foot with your fingers;

2. Then slowly raise your right foot, being careful not to bend your right knee. Hold the position for 10 seconds, then relax your hands, switch legs, and repeat 10 times on both sides. People who are just starting to practice can grab their ankles or legs with both hands.

3. Leg reduction method on bed

1. Sit on the edge of the bed, put your legs together, and take a pillow of a suitable size and clamp it between your legs.

2. Adjust your sitting posture and try to keep a 90-degree angle between your legs and thighs. Then slowly lift your legs with the pillow between them, and keep your upper body still while lifting.
