We all know that proper exercise is very helpful for our health, especially for the elderly. Fitness exercises can help you prevent cardiovascular diseases and bone aging, so we recommend that you take time out to exercise in your life. Generally, we can choose to do fitness exercises in the morning or evening, and choose a place to jog or practice Tai Chi.

For the elderly, especially those with cardiovascular diseases, they should not get up too aggressively. They should get up slowly, sit quietly in bed and move their limbs, then slowly put their feet down on the bed and slowly stand up. Because the human body's position changes "lightning-like", blood pressure can easily change rapidly. In addition, the elderly themselves have poor vascular tension, which can easily lead to orthostatic hypotension and fainting.

Generally speaking, our daily exercises are positive. The maintenance of body posture, the muscles mobilized during exercise, the size and sequence of force used will form a kind of "muscle memory", that is, form a fixed movement pattern. Keep your upper body still and stretch your legs straight upward to do abdominal contraction and leg raise exercises. Bring your legs as close to your chest as possible and then put them down, then lift them up again, and repeat this process. The angle at which the inclined board is fixed can be determined according to your physical condition. For example, if your waist and abdomen are strong, the slope of the inclined board can be larger; if your strength is weak, the slope can be smaller. When you tighten your abdomen and lift your legs, keep your legs straight and do not bend your knees. When you lower your legs, slow down to stretch your abdominal muscles.
