In addition, yoga asanas involve a lot of squeezing, pressing, twisting and other exercises. If you eat too much, it will affect the effect of the practice and hinder the secretion of intestinal digestive juices. In addition, for some women who are not very satisfied with their body shape, it is best not to eat within two hours before and after practice, especially after practice. Because after the practice, our pores are opened, toxins continue to be released outward, and the metabolism is also more vigorous. If you eat at this time, it will affect the body's detoxification, and it will also absorb quickly, making it difficult to lose fat.

But under normal circumstances, we can eat something during this period, preferably liquid, nutritious and easily digestible food. For example, drink some milk and eat an egg before practicing in the morning, and then eat staple food (in moderation) after the practice. If you are full, you should wait at least one hour before practicing yoga.

After practicing yoga poses, you can do a short relaxation technique and yoga sound meditation. Take a short break afterwards and eat if you feel hungry. The key is to listen to your body. Don't allow yourself to feel any discomfort.
