Function: Enhance abdominal muscle strength

Action: Exhale, contract your abdomen, lift your upper body off the ground, keep your chin a fist's distance from your chest, keep your shoulders inward and downward, inhale, and control the movement to return to the original position.

Hundred Breathing

Function: Strengthen abdominal muscles and train core muscles for stability

Preparation position: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the ground. Place your arms at your sides with your palms facing down.

Action: Exhale and roll up your upper body, keep your shoulders inward and downward, keep your chin a fist's distance from your chest, and keep your hands a few centimeters off the ground, keeping your arms extended forward. Stay in this position, inhaling for 5 beats and exhaling for 5 beats, until you can perform 100 beats.

Hoe

Function: Massage, adjust, stimulate internal organs, increase the elasticity and softness of the spine and cervical vertebrae.

Preparation: Lie on your back with your arms on both sides of your body, palms facing down, and extend your legs upward until they are perpendicular to the ground.

Movement: Inhale and lift your pelvis off the floor until your shoulder girdle is supporting your weight and your legs are parallel to the ground.
