Things to note when practicing Yin Yoga

1. Pregnant women and students with serious health problems should seek professional medical advice.

2. Don't use perfume. When practicing, you are generally required to take deep breaths. If you inhale too much perfume when taking deep breaths, your body will feel uncomfortable and it will be easy to be distracted.

3. For Yin Yoga practice, do not eat at least 1 to 2 hours before class. You should give yourself some time after eating to aid digestion. For Yang (yoga) practice, a longer time is required.

4. Before starting the practice, it would be better if you can take a shower to make your body feel refreshed. Empty your bowels and bladder.

5. If you are physically tired, keep the exercise short and gentle.

6. If you stay in the sun for a long time that day, it is best not to practice anymore. Long periods of sunlight can wear down your body, so let it recover first. If you continue to practice yoga, you may make your body weaker.

Yin yoga is very helpful to women's bodies. It not only promotes the activities of the reproductive system, but also replenishes qi and blood for women and solves many problems.
