It can cool down in summer. Before swimming in winter, you must warm up to activate the joints and ligaments of the whole body and enter the warm-up state. 4. Hiking

Regular mountain climbing can significantly increase the strength of the rectal muscles. The air in the mountains is better, allowing the human body to inhale more oxygen. At the same time, mountain climbing can enhance the body's ability to coordinate and balance and exercise the cerebellum.

5. Biking

Cycling can consume body fat, lose weight, increase blood circulation, sweat and detoxify, and it plays a great role in preventing heart disease.

When you are overweight, you can make some aerobic exercise plans for yourself: after work, you can jog along the side of the road, walk in the park, ride a bike to the suburbs, etc. If you stick to it, you can consume the fat in your body and achieve the goal of losing weight.
