Jogging is the most common aerobic exercise, especially beneficial to cardiopulmonary health. People who can persist in jogging have good cardiopulmonary function and are full of energy. During jogging, the leg muscles, hand muscles, waist and abdominal muscles can be effectively exercised. At the same time, jogging can burn more calories in the body. If you persist in jogging for more than 30 minutes a day, you can effectively burn calories.
