I like sports very much. Is it good to exercise and sweat frequently? I am busy at work, but I will go to exercise whenever I have time. I like to do every kind of sports. If I exercise for a short time, I will sweat all over my body. Is this kind of sweating normal? I asked a good friend who is a fitness trainer, and he said that sweating like me is good for the body. 1. Excrete toxins. Experts say that active sweating can speed up the body's fluid circulation and metabolism, expel toxins such as lactic acid, urea, ammonia, etc. that accumulate in the body, and ensure the smooth flow of the nose, skin, lungs, and large intestine system.

2. Control blood pressure. Hypertension is a phenomenon caused by the narrowing and hardening of the inner diameter of blood vessels, which limits the unit blood flow. Sweating during exercise can dilate capillaries, accelerate blood circulation, increase the elasticity of blood vessel walls, and achieve the purpose of lowering blood pressure.

3. Promote digestion. Not sweating and slow blood circulation will affect digestion, causing people to lose appetite; neural activity will also be affected, causing people to sleep poorly at night.

4. Prevent osteoporosis. Many people believe that sweating will cause calcium in the body to be lost with sweat. In this regard, Zhang Yatong, a clinical pharmacist at the Pharmacy Department of Beijing Hospital of the Ministry of Health, pointed out that only water-soluble vitamins will be lost with sweat. Although calcium is soluble in water, its solubility is very low and it is unlikely to be excreted with sweat. On the contrary, sweating is beneficial to the effective retention of calcium and the prevention of osteoporosis.

5. Enhance memory. A long-term educational experiment conducted in the United States on 20,000 middle school students showed that active exercise and sweating will have a positive effect on students, greatly improving their memory and concentration.

6. Healthy and beautiful. People who never sweat have slow skin metabolism and some waste products are difficult to excrete. Sweating can clean pores and achieve the effect of nourishing the skin.

7. Lose weight. Science has proven that when the human body exercises and reaches a certain intensity, fat will burn and convert into heat and be excreted from the body through sweat. Therefore, sweating during exercise dissipates heat and promotes more fat burning, thereby achieving the effect of weight loss. Losing weight by sweating through exercise has no side effects and is an ideal way to lose weight.
