Keep doing this movement for 30-50 seconds, and feel your whole body shaking and your abdominal pain disappear. Repeat 3-4 times as a set, 3-4 sets a day.

The movement is like a sit-up, but you don't have to press your feet. Be careful not to let your back completely touch the ground every time you lie down and stand up. This will increase the difficulty, speed up fat burning, and better train your abdominal muscles.
