Running is very helpful in exercising our body muscles, so can abdominal muscles be developed by running?

The real reason why fat loss is not effective is that conventional aerobic exercise can hardly reduce fat. There are two reasons for this:

1. Regular aerobic exercise enhances the cardiopulmonary function, and the internal organs become stronger, which can provide more energy for aerobic exercise, resulting in the body not having to consume too much fat to provide energy.

2. Conventional aerobic exercise not only consumes fat, but also breaks down muscles. The reduction of muscles leads to a decrease in the body's basal metabolism, which accounts for most of the fat consumption. Basal metabolism allows you to consume fat all the time.

What can really burn fat is: intermittent aerobic training. The best way is to do intermittent aerobic training for about 18 minutes after strength training. It can increase the body's metabolism to a certain level and last longer, so that you are at a high metabolic rate level in the next 24 hours, and you are always burning fat.

Interval aerobic training is "warm up for 2 minutes - fast running (level 9-10) for 2 minutes - medium speed running (level 6-7) for 2 minutes", three times, a total of about 18 minutes.

Just 18 minutes of interval training a day can greatly increase the body's metabolic rate, which is better than one hour of regular aerobic training a day.
