Exercise to aid digestion

Exercise to aid digestion

For white-collar workers who always sit in the office, proper exercise is very important. However, due to limited indoor conditions, some exercises are not suitable, especially after meals. Because white-collar workers have very little time for exercise, exercises that aid digestion become very important. This can prevent us from gaining weight and help us speed up digestion. So what are the exercises that aid digestion? Let’s find out together.

In fact, there are many exercises in our lives that can help us digest, so for the sake of our health, we must exercise actively, but only suitable exercises can aid digestion, so healthy exercise is particularly important.

Action 1: Reverse arm stretch

Goal: Stretch your arms and improve digestion efficiency

When sitting upright, let one arm hang down and the other arm go straight up, stretching both arms in opposite directions until you feel a slight squeeze on your back. Because it's a good workout, you can open up the movements a little more so that you can relax more deeply.

Exercise intensity: Repeat 8 times.

Action 2: Sitting with knees resting and twisting

Goal: Relieve leg tension and consume excess insulin

After sitting upright in the chair, place your left leg on your right knee, hold your left knee with your right hand, and use your left hand to hold the back of the chair to turn to the left. After turning to the maximum extent, hold for one second and return, then switch directions and repeat.

Exercise intensity: Repeat 10 times.

Action 3: Half-squat waist push

Goal: Eliminate waist pressure and promote bile secretion

Get into a half-squat position that "touches but does not press" into the chair, keep your leg muscles tense, and at the same time, hold your waist with both hands and push your whole body up toward the front and above.

Exercise intensity: The entire movement should not exceed 45 seconds.

After the introduction to digestive exercises, I believe everyone must be more clear about which exercises can help us digest. In fact, if digestion is not normal after a meal, it will lead to some dangerous things, including obesity, gastrointestinal indigestion, etc. These conditions are very serious for our health, so we need to avoid them completely.
