Of course, for Taekwondo, you have to wear Taekwondo clothes. If you are practicing with equipment or running, it is up to you. The shoes should be breathable. Wear jogging shoes for equipment and running, wear cycling shoes for spinning, general fitness shoes will be fine for aerobics, Latin, street dance, and fighting, and go barefoot for yoga, Pilates, and Taekwondo (because Taekwondo shoes are worn during training, you don’t have to wear them in summer. But if you don’t wear them in winter, your feet will be frozen).
