Studies have shown that people who exercise regularly have stronger physical adaptability, so their breathing appears steady, deep, even, and slower. When at rest, their breathing rate is 7-11 times/minute, while that of people who do not exercise is 12-18 times/minute. Women breathe 2-3 times/minute faster than men.

2. Strengthen leg bones: Football is the best sport for leg training. In the process of continuous leg exercise, due to the promotion of metabolism, the blood supply to the bones is improved, and the morphological structure and function of the bones have undergone favorable changes: the bone density thickens, making the bones thicker, the arrangement of trabeculae becomes more neat and regular according to the pressure and tension, and the protrusions of muscle attachment on the bone surface become more obvious. These changes make the bones thicker and stronger, thereby improving their ability to resist fracture, bending, compression, and torsion. Persistent physical exercise can also enhance the strength around the joints, thicken the joint capsules and ligaments, thereby increasing the stability of the joints; at the same time, physical exercise increases the elasticity of the joint capsules, ligaments and muscles around the joints, thereby improving the flexibility of the joints.
