The intensity of exercise load is determined according to the physical condition of each of us. For friends who exercise regularly, the intensity of your body's exercise load is relatively good. The so-called exercise load, also known as physiological load, refers to the physiological load that a person bears when doing exercises. The main factors that determine the size of exercise load are: "quantity" and "intensity". Exercise time refers to the total time of a physical education class or the interval time between each exercise. While ensuring a certain reasonable intensity and density, the duration of the exercise time is directly related to the size of the exercise load. If students are engaged in high-intensity exercise for a long time in a class, then their exercise load will be too heavy.

Carefully arrange the exercise load in the preparation before class. Pay attention to and design a reasonable exercise load. Different exercise loads should be designed for different teaching materials. For example, running events and throwing events have different exercise loads, so teachers should study the teaching materials in depth and adjust the exercise density. It is not possible to run 100 meters twice and throw the shot put twice. When determining tasks, the new knowledge and skills to be taught should not be too much or too difficult.

The overall strategy for regulating exercise load should be a combination of high and low, and alternating between movement and stillness. Usually, the heart rate range for normal students to achieve the best fitness effect is determined to be between 120 and 140 beats per minute. During a class, this heart rate should be maintained for more than 10 minutes, and the exercise load should be mainly moderate in intensity and volume, while taking into account the students' after-class recovery.

Regarding the intensity of the exercise load introduced above, I believe you should all know what the intensity of the exercise load is to meet our needs. Generally, we don't require the intensity of the exercise load to be too high. It should be determined according to the actual situation. For female friends, you can adopt jogging as an exercise method in your daily life and adjust the jogging time.
