Reasons for leg soreness after exercise:

1. You don’t exercise enough and your body is not adapted to the current exercise, which leads to muscle pain. If you encounter this situation, just persist for 3-5 days and your body will naturally return to normal.

2. Your exercise intensity is too high. Even if you exercise every day, you will still feel very tired. In this case, you need to adjust the exercise intensity according to your physical condition. When the body exercises a lot, the cells will perform anaerobic respiration, producing energy and lactic acid through anaerobic respiration. Lactic acid will cause muscle soreness. After two days, when the lactic acid is completely decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, the muscles will no longer be sore.

How to relieve:

1. Try to create conditions for your legs to get enough rest and avoid strenuous exercise that will add burden to your legs. Be sure to soak your feet in hot water before going to bed to relieve pain.

2. Raise your legs and apply local heat, massage or use a portable mini massager for treatment. You can also take some medicines to treat injuries, such as: external use of good spray, rubbing with turpentine to promote local blood circulation and accelerate waste excretion.

3. Eat vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins C and B, calcium, iron, folic acid and other fiber-rich foods, and drink more boiled water to speed up metabolic excretion.

Because you don’t exercise enough in your daily life, when you suddenly increase the amount of exercise, lactic acid will appear in your body, causing leg pain. If you want to relieve the symptoms of leg pain as soon as possible, you can massage your legs after exercise, soak your calves in hot water, and eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamins, so that you can quickly relieve the leg pain.
