Sport is an activity involving physical strength and skill, governed by a set of rules or customs, usually of a competitive nature. The uneven distribution of matter in space and time produces universal movement, and universal movement gives rise to and destroys all things. Because when there is too much sugar in the body, but insufficient fiber and vitamins, the normal flora in the intestines will be eliminated, which will result in the body being unable to produce vitamins B2, B3, B12 and folic acid, and will also directly lead to nutritional deficiencies.

This is mainly because excessive exercise intensity in our life can easily lead to arrhythmia and shortness of breath, etc. Therefore, it is not the high intensity of exercise that can help you lose weight, but it depends on whether we can persist.
