The outdoor temperature is relatively high, and our physical strength is also abundant. Please note that you should never exercise immediately after a meal. You should start exercising at least half an hour after a meal.

The best time to exercise during the day varies from person to person. People can develop their own best exercise time based on their own life patterns, biological clocks and the nature of their work. As the saying goes: A day's plan begins in the morning, so many people choose to exercise in the morning. In fact, this practice is not worth promoting. Because between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m., carbon dioxide refluxes and the air quality is not good.

In our traditional concept, we should take a nap after lunch. In fact, the human body's athletic ability reaches its peak between 2 and 4 p.m. Moreover, this is the best time to exercise as the sun is abundant, the temperature is suitable, and the wind is light. It is best to exercise one hour after lunch, otherwise it will affect the gastrointestinal digestive function.

It should be noted that although exercise can enhance physical fitness, it is not recommended to exercise without eating breakfast. If you do not eat breakfast when exercising in the morning, you will easily become dizzy and prone to hypoglycemia, which will make you feel tired. Exercising without eating breakfast frequently can also easily cause stomach problems. Also, please note that you should concentrate on exercising. Do not read or listen to music while exercising.
