1. Exercise methods to increase jumping height

The height of a human body is mainly determined by the length of the bones of the lower limbs. Jumping rope, jumping rubber bands, frog jumps, high jumps and other jumping exercises can give the lower limbs rhythmic pressure, and sufficient blood supply will accelerate bone growth. It is advisable to do jumping exercises 1 to 3 times a day, each time for 5 to 10 minutes.

2. Stretching and height-increasing exercise methods

Stretching exercises such as pull-ups, rhythmic gymnastics, Tai Chi, kicking, leg stretching, ballet exercises, etc. can increase flexibility and make the body more relaxed and flexible. Combined with the first two exercises, perform 3 to 5 times a week.

3. Aerobic exercise methods to increase height

Aerobic exercises such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking, skating, cycling, and ball games accelerate blood circulation and promote metabolism and growth hormone secretion by involving large muscle groups in rhythmic and repetitive movements. It is best to do aerobic exercise 3 to 5 times a week, 30 to 60 minutes each time, no more than 2 hours a day, and can be divided into 2 to 3 times.

These exercises can help children grow taller quickly, but please note that the children are still too young. If you train them frequently and in large quantities, they will become tired or unwilling to do it.
