Yoga method to reduce waist and abdomen

Exhale and bend your spine to the right, extending your arms. Inhale and return to center; exhale, bend your spine to the left and stretch your arms. The above is one set, which can be repeated 4 to 6 sets.

Efficacy: Reshape the waist muscle lines, strengthen the digestion and absorption system, and inhibit the accumulation of fat between the waist and abdomen.

3. Waist rotation

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and fingers interlocked. Inhale, turn your palms over in front of your chest and stretch your arms upward; exhale, bend forward and downward from the waist until your back and arms are parallel to the ground.

After inhaling, exhale, and use your arms to lead the spine to twist horizontally 90 degrees to the right. Inhale and return to the center; exhale, in the opposite direction, and repeat the same way. Repeat 4 to 6 sets.

Efficacy: Promote intestinal peristalsis, cleanse toxins from the body, and consume excess fat on the side waist.
