2. Training movements: Slowly bend your elbows and lift the barbell as high as you can, but do not involve your upper arms in the movement; pause slightly, then slowly lower the barbell and return to the starting position; repeat the above movements until you complete a set of exercises.

Sit down, hold a barbell with your palms facing up, and place your forearms on your knees with your wrists suspended in the air. Keeping your forearm still, lift your wrist as far up as possible. Variations: You can use dumbbells or an EZ bar instead of a barbell for this exercise.

You can practice barbell curls with a straight grip, or you can choose the correct exercise method according to your actual situation.
