Then exhale and pat the area around your navel, i.e. your lower abdomen, with your hands. Repeat 8 times. Each waist-slimming exercise should be completed within 30 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between. To warm up, do it slowly once and then repeat it again. Do this set of exercises three times a week, one day on and one day off.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell (3 to 5 pounds each) in each hand. Bend your knees and lower yourself into a squat with your knees vertically behind your toes until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Bend your arms and move the dumbbells toward your shoulders while squeezing your glutes and extending your left leg straight behind you. Return to the starting position and switch legs.

Sit on an inflated exercise ball with your feet flat on the ground and shoulder-width apart, and your arms relaxed at your sides. While still seated, hop on the ball with your arms forming a "V" shape. Jump up again, returning your arms and legs to their original positions.

However, it should be noted that if you cannot control your diet while exercising, the effect may be unsatisfactory.
