When a mountaineering team is on the move, each person should try to shorten the distance as much as possible to prevent accidentally stepping on pumice and injuring their companions. When climbing a rocky hill, test each foothold to see if it is secure.

At the same time, the whole team is required to move in unison, and the people behind must follow the footsteps of those in front. Under no circumstances should anyone throw stones down. During the climbing process, if you encounter a storm or if wild animals are frightened and cause rocks to fall, you must take risk avoidance measures. At the same time, when the stone rolls downward, it jumps left and right at the beginning, and then rolls down in a straight line after entering the inclined chute. At this time, you should calmly observe the direction of the rolling stone and quickly hide in a safe area. If you are too late, remember not to panic. After determining the direction of the rolling stone, quickly dodge it when it is about to reach you.

When a climber accidentally falls, do not panic but calmly observe all usable terrain, vegetation and bushes on the falling route. At the same time, turn around immediately and thrust the ice axe into the ground with force. If you encounter bedrock at this time, point the tip of the ice axe downward to slow down your descent, and choose favorable terrain to stabilize yourself as quickly as possible.
