Do you know the dangers of strenuous exercise?

It is well known that exercise is good for health, but frequent strenuous exercise will cause certain harm to the body. If you feel thirsty, nauseous, hungry, dizzy, have a headache, or feel anxious during exercise, you must pay special attention and stop exercising immediately.

An athlete's heart is different from that of an ordinary person, so the intensity of an athlete's exercise is actually much greater than that of an ordinary person. We cannot compare ourselves with athletes, and neither can patients with heart disease, because their exercise is anaerobic exercise, which is of high intensity and instantaneous. Most of the exercises that ordinary people engage in are aerobic exercises, such as jogging and swimming, which are relatively gentle, do not cause much stimulation to the heart, and can even improve heart function.

If ordinary people exercise for a long time or suddenly, it will cause problems with the blood circulation of the heart. Don't compare us with athletes. Long-term and high-intensity exercise training will cause the athletes' myocardium to be thicker than ordinary people. In other words, the athletes' hearts are larger. Therefore, you should know that people who lack exercise on a daily basis will suffer temporary ischemia of the heart if they suddenly engage in strenuous exercise, which is more harmful to the body.

If you feel uncomfortable during exercise or some body warning signals appear, such as your heart beating very fast or chest tightness, you must stop immediately and do not force yourself to continue. If you want to do some strenuous exercise, in addition to warming up, it is best to control your heart rate within a certain range. If you really want to exercise, you must warm up in advance to allow your body to gradually adapt.

Heart patients can jog or run in place to improve heart function, which is very beneficial for preventing and treating heart disease. As for the jogging distance and the time of running in place, they should be determined according to each person's specific situation and there is no need to force it.

If you are a heart patient and you also like sports, then please go for a walk with your family after dinner in the evening, or do some simple Tai Chi and other exercises. This is also good for the care of heart disease. I hope we all remember that intense exercise is harmful to the treatment of heart patients.
