2. Eat less sweets and overnight leftovers.

3. Swim for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day.

4. Use muscle softener for bathing. The formula is 100 grams of coarse salt, 50 grams of angelica root powder, 50 grams of mianhuang powder, and 100 grams of chrysanthemum powder. Boil water and pour into the bathtub. Soak once a day for 20 minutes each time.
