Once you stop exercising, the body's demand for energy decreases, but your appetite does not decrease synchronously. You eat more and move less, so you will naturally gain weight.

3. The visual impact of weight gain among fitness enthusiasts is much higher than that of ordinary people. When exercising, muscles will increase and fat will decrease. Even if you don't gain weight, you will look fatter than when you have muscles.

Nutritional adjustment during fitness
