If you find this too difficult, get down on your knees. To enhance the exercise, add a medicine ball above your hips, knees, or perform the exercise on one leg. Repeat 10 times.

Pull the hamstrings

By stretching your hamstrings and straightening your muscles, you can lose excess fat and have a slimmer figure. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart; lift your hips and slowly move backward, using your waist as the axis and slowly press your upper body down until your back is parallel to the ground; stand with your legs straight, do not bend your knees, and keep your back level. Lower your weight and slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.

This set of aerobic exercises has very low restrictions on space and equipment, and can be said to be tailor-made for men, which is good news for the majority of male compatriots.
