Whether you are pulling down in front of or behind your neck, slowly tighten your muscles, making sure not to use the strength of your shoulders and arms, and keep the movement steady. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Seated Pulley Row: You've already done two pull-down exercises and one pull-from-front exercise (the one-arm dumbbell row), so you need to do another pull-from-front exercise to keep your balance. Although pulling from the top to the bottom can widen the back, it has little effect on improving the strength and thickness of the back. Only pulling from the front to the back can achieve this.

Start by extending your arms as far as possible until you feel pressure in your armpits, then pull the handles toward your abdomen. Lift your chest and slightly arch your back. It is crucial to maintain an upward posture at all times, without leaning forward or backward. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

In fact, muscle building is a boring thing. After exercising for a period of time, you may lose interest in exercise itself and thus fail to persist. Here is an idea, that is, you can choose two or more muscles in the body for targeted training, and choose two different training methods, so that the two methods can be alternated with each other, which can avoid the boredom brought by exercise.
