2. 15 push-ups a day

For men, push-ups are the preferred exercise to improve sexual performance. Therefore, if a man is good at push-ups, then when he uses the man-on-top position for sex, his physical fitness will be better, his movements will be more powerful, and he will last longer. Generally speaking, if men after the age of 40 can do 15 push-ups continuously every day, their physical fitness during sexual intercourse should be guaranteed. If your physical strength is poor, you can start with simple exercises. Stand 50 cm away from the wall, push the wall with your arms to support your body, do it 12-15 times each time, and practice 3 times a day. As your physical strength increases, gradually change to a prone position. Remember to keep your back straight and tighten your buttocks and abdomen during each exercise, and increase the number of times from small to large.
