What are some ways to exercise your muscles before going to bed?

We usually talk about maintenance and care, most of them refer to the maintenance and care of the skin, but few people notice that muscles need our maintenance and care just like skin. 1. Perform acupuncture, electrotherapy and massage for 25 minutes each time.

2. Eat less sweets and overnight leftovers.

3. Swim for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day.

4. Use muscle softener for bathing. The formula is 100 grams of coarse salt, 50 grams of Qianghuo powder, 50 grams of Huang powder, and 100 grams of chrysanthemum powder. Boil the water and pour it into the bathtub. Soak once a day for 20 minutes each time.

Muscle stiffness mostly occurs in women over 35 years old. Their lack of exercise and irregular diet may cause their bodies to lose their original curves and make their muscles and ligaments become stiffer.
