This action is a bit like playing football. Use your left leg as support and use your right leg's thigh to drive your calf to kick upward at 90 degrees in front of your body. Be careful not to bend your left leg and waist when kicking, and keep your upper body coordinated. Repeat the exercise alternating between legs.

You should take small steps, keep your toes inward, and slow down. The key is to tighten your abdomen and lift your buttocks. This is somewhat similar to the "abdominal walking method" advocated by weight loss experts. If you can't stick to it, you can wear body training shoes (negative heel shoes). Since the sole is higher in the front and lower in the back, the center of gravity will be forced to move backward when walking, so the lower abdomen will naturally be easier to tighten, and the gluteal muscles will remain tense, so fat will not easily accumulate. Moreover, walking like this will enhance intestinal motility, increase the frequency of bowel movements, and strengthen metabolism, so people will naturally be less likely to gain weight.
