What are some simple slimming yoga exercises on the bed?

Most people think that when losing weight, they must go to the gym regularly, because exercise is an indispensable way to lose weight. However, for friends who are busy working for a long time, they don’t have much time to go to the gym. So everyone can get to know and understand a simpler weight loss exercise method, which is slimming yoga that can be done even in bed.

First move: Baby pose

1. Separate your knees to shoulder width, kneel on the bed, keep the insteps of your feet close to the ground, straighten your upper body, and let your hands hang naturally.

2. Inhale, tighten your abdomen, exhale, slowly stretch your upper body forward, and stretch your hands forward with your body until your forehead touches the ground. Your hands are completely on the ground with your palms touching the ground, and close your eyes. Then breathe slowly, hold for 3 breaths, and return to the starting position. Then repeat this exercise 5 times.

Function: Stretch the stiff back, soothe the body and mind, and calm the mood.

The second move: overhead

1. Spread your knees shoulder-width apart, kneel on the bed, keep the insteps of your feet close to the ground, straighten your upper body, and let your hands hang naturally.

2. Slowly bend your upper body downward and place your hands in front of your knees until your head touches the ground. Bend your elbows slightly to support your upper body. Hold this position for 5 breaths, then exhale while returning to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 5 times.

Effect: This action can eliminate head fatigue, stimulate the intestines and improve constipation. However, if you have high blood pressure or a weak neck, don't do this exercise.

The third move: twist

1. Lie on your back on the bed, open your feet as wide as your shoulders, and open your arms horizontally in line with your shoulders.

2. Inhale, straighten your right foot, and lift your left foot so that your left thigh and calf form a right angle. Exhale, move your left foot towards your right foot, twist your waist to the left, look at your left fingertips, and maintain this position for 3 breaths. Try to keep your left knee and shoulder close to the ground.

Function: Stimulate internal organs and tighten the waist.

The slimming yoga introduced above can be easily completed at home and will not cause any side effects to our body. Therefore, everyone who wants to lose weight should pay attention to these scientific and effective methods. Do not blindly believe in some weight loss drugs or weight loss products, and try to reduce the adverse effects as much as possible.
