However, you can't start fitness running whenever you want. It's best to design a fitness running plan that suits you based on your physical condition.

Plan A

I have to gasp for breath when going upstairs (people with poor physical fitness)

In daily life, this may manifest as blushing and palpitations when walking up stairs or jogging, easily feeling tired at work, and being extremely irritable or depressed.

Tips: After arriving at the fitness center, arrange aerobic exercise first to lower heart rate and blood lipids, improve blood vessel function, and enhance immunity and disease resistance.

Plan B

Dizziness after a lot of activity (for people with average physical fitness)

The physical fitness mentioned here is average. When the amount of exercise and activity is a little greater, symptoms such as dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, etc. will appear. After working for a long time, you just want to lie down and don't want to move.

Tips: After arriving at the fitness center, it is still better to focus on aerobic exercise. It is best to choose programs that can work the whole body, such as Latin exercises, aerobic boxing, etc.

Plan C

Always have endless energy (people with good physical fitness)

Here, good physical fitness refers to people who are relatively energetic, have plenty of physical strength, and whose various test indicators are healthy and normal.

Tips: Although you have good physical fitness, you still need to be careful not to exercise too quickly or excessively to avoid muscle strain. Especially for those who are new to the fitness center, it is only necessary to exercise for about 40 minutes.

Here we provide three plans, designed for different groups of people, because some people have good physical fitness and some people are born weak. Therefore, these two different groups of people need to exercise and run separately, and the plans are also different.
