If you want to better develop a healthy body, you must combine physical fitness training with strength training. The so-called physical fitness training is to exercise many aspects of our body such as weight, strength, endurance and immune ability. When we do physical strength training, specifically, we are exercising our muscle tissue to make our muscles stronger and more resilient. Only when our physical fitness training reaches a fairly good level can our body become healthy.

Go to bed and get up on time every day, and ensure about 7 hours of sleep every day. .Eat a good breakfast, a full lunch, and a small dinner. When you sleep at night, your head should face south or north, and you must use a pillow. You need to ensure that you urinate 5-6 times a day and excrete half a kilogram to one kilogram of feces. (Don't be funny, this is all scientific). .Drink about 8 glasses of boiled water every day and eat more than three kinds of fruits and vegetables. Walk for 30 minutes every day. After every 2 hours of sitting in front of the computer, take a 15-minute break and look into the distance. Exercise for 5 minutes. Listen to music for about 20 minutes every day.

Morning exercise: Every day we should get up early, breathe the fresh air, and do some appropriate exercise. For example, we can do a short distance jog around the house (not strenuous exercise), or go to the playground to play ball. Morning is the time of the day when the air is best and we should exercise our muscles. Sticking to morning exercises is good for your body and mind. Exercise at noon: After lunch, when we have nothing to do, we can do some indoor exercises at home (the ultraviolet intensity is high at noon, so it is not suitable to exercise under the scorching sun). For example, you can set up a treadmill at home and jog appropriately, which can not only digest food but also exercise the body.

In fact, when exercising, aerobic exercise is the best training method, and you need to persist in training for about 30 to 50 minutes every day. You can exercise 4 to 5 times a week. There are many traditional exercise programs, such as walking, running, long jump, skipping rope, badminton, table tennis, basketball, swimming, etc. These are all good exercise methods. As long as we put our heart into it, I believe we can make our body healthy through exercise.
