It can strengthen the body and cultivate sentiment. It is popular among girls, and even many boys participate in yoga. Sleeping Swan Yoga is an entry-level yoga move that can stretch the thigh and abdominal muscles and strengthen the ligaments. What are the key points of the Sleeping Swan Yoga pose?

first step

Sit on the ground in Cane Pose. Bend your left knee so that your left knee and left foot are completely on the ground, with your left heel resting on your right groin. Fully extend your right leg back behind you, keeping the front of your right thigh, knee, shin, and upper toes flat on the ground.

Place your left hand on your left knee, pinch the sole of your right foot with your right hand, and stretch your arms. Extend your spine and keep your torso straight.

Step 2

Exhale, bend your body forward from the hips, and lower your forehead, chin, and chest toward the ground in that order until your chin and chest are completely on the ground. Extend your arms forward above your head, with your palms on the ground and your fingers pointing forward.

Hold this pose for 30 seconds, breathing normally.

Step 3

Lift your torso and return to the cane sit. Switch legs and repeat the pose.

benefit

This pose can exercise the abdomen, improve blood circulation to the abdominal organs, enhance digestion, and prevent toxins from accumulating in the body. At the same time, this pose can also strengthen the elbows, front hips and wrists.

Yoga exercises can speed up the heartbeat and the circulation of oxygen-rich blood, thereby enhancing our blood circulation. Almost any yoga class will get you sweating, practicing deep breathing and getting your heart rate up (which improves circulation), and it will massage and stimulate your excretory organs through twisting and bending poses. Regular yoga practice has great detoxifying effects.

Yoga postures are body movements refined through thousands of years of practice experience that can strengthen and stretch the connective tissue of the limbs. Whether your body is flexible or stiff, weak or strong, yoga can improve your body and mind while improving your physical health.
