Tip: The movement is just the compression of the abdomen, which causes the spine to bend, making the chest and ribs close to the pelvis, and only putting the abdominal muscles in the "peak contraction" state. Pause for a while, and then control it with the tension of the abdominal muscles, slowly stretching the spine and restoring it.

5. Lie on your back and raise your legs. Lie flat on your back with your hands flat on both sides of your body and your legs bent and close to your hips. 3. Keep your toes tight, contract your abdomen and breathe, lift your legs with your knees straight up so that your thighs are perpendicular to the ground. Tip: As you exhale, slowly and controlled lower your legs back down. Repeat this action 8 to 10 times.
