What are some yoga moves to strengthen your shoulders and neck?

Common diseases in these two parts include cervical spondylosis and periarthritis of the shoulder, etc. Sitting for a long time may also cause damage to the lumbar spine. Therefore, in daily life, standing up and walking around after sitting for a while is the best way to prevent the above diseases. So, what are the yoga moves for shoulder and neck exercise?

Lie prone in an animal-like crawling position, with your arms and legs stretched out for support, kneeling on your knees, and your head looking down at the ground. Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths.

Lie flat on the ground with your limbs placed naturally on the ground. Lift your straight legs up and slowly bring them towards your head, placing them on the ground above your head with your forehead resting on your feet.

Place your hands on your waist to hold your body together and slowly lift your feet away from your head. Maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths, then relax.

Kneel on the ground in an animal-like crawling position, with your knees on the ground and your hands supporting the ground vertically. Push your hands forward to press your upper body forward.

Bend your elbows and press your belly down toward the ground. Straighten your elbows and return to the starting position. Repeat this 3-5 times.

The right hand goes over the shoulder and goes back, the left hand goes under and goes back, and the hands are clasped. Maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths, relax, and repeat with the other hand.
