I go to the gym every other day and do strength training with the equipment there. On the days I don't go to the gym, I do bodyweight training at home, and I do it every day. You can go to an app called Abdominal Training, most of the movements come from there.

Also, if you want to build muscles, then first of all, the intensity and quantity of exercise must be increased to a certain extent. Of course, women do not need to go too far when training their abdominal muscles, just follow the specified standards. You must know that due to body hormones, women cannot build abdominal muscles as easily as men.
