4. Plank pose is a position in the traditional sun salutation. Alternatively, you can practice the pose as a single exercise and hold it for 30 to 60 seconds.

Yoga action 4: Back-to-wall leg stretch 1. Fold the mat in half and add a thicker layer to avoid hurting the kneecap. Kneel down on your right leg and support your knee on the mat. The support point should be 20 cm away from the wall. Straighten your right foot, turn it up, and put your toes against the wall.

2. Bend your left leg in front of you, support yourself with your left foot, and press your hips down until you feel your hip joint being stretched.

3. Place your left hand on your left leg, cross your right hand, straighten your upper body, pull your stomach inward, stretch your upper body upward, hold for 5 breaths, slowly lower your legs, then switch to your left leg and repeat the exercise.
