First type:

Hold for 15 seconds, then switch to the left leg and do the same movement, repeat 10 times. Exercise your back muscles to make your back tighter.

Second form:

Keep your legs together and your feet at a 45-degree angle. Stretch your arms upward until your thumbs and index fingers are together, lean your body back as far as possible, repeat 5 deep breaths, return to the original position, rest for a few seconds and then continue. If it is difficult to maintain your balance at the beginning, try to reduce the extent of leaning back.

The third form:

Spread your legs far apart. Make the Guanyin hand shape behind your back, lean your body back slightly, let your head sink naturally, take a deep breath, and keep your abdomen tight. Try to maintain this position for 20 seconds, then turn your waist and body, and repeat 10 times. This can help lose fat in the shoulder blade area.

In fact, slimming down the back is not a simple thing. After you know the relevant methods, you must persist for a long time to get the effect of weight loss.
