How much muscle can you build by doing fitness for a month?

Fitness is an activity that modern people pay more attention to, because fitness can enhance physical fitness, help the body increase muscle proportion, and thus increase the explosiveness of body strength. Although fitness can achieve such good results, it requires continuous persistence. Otherwise, the method of working hard for three days and resting for two days will not produce good results. After the first month of fitness, there will be basically no changes in your body appearance, but you will find that your mental outlook has improved a lot, your breathing has become smoother, and all of these will be reflected in your inner self; externally, your skin will become tighter. Lay the foundation for the subsequent muscle building process.

After the body has gone through this one-month "adaptation period", if you still insist on fitness, your body will enter a "fast lane" for muscle gain. About 0.5-1 kg of muscle can be grown every month (women grow about one-third of men).

The reason for muscle growth is supercompensation (also called superrecovery). During muscle exercise, some muscle fibers will break. After exercise, the muscle fibers will repair themselves, and the repaired muscles will be larger than before.

If people want to grow muscles, they must first stimulate the muscles, which is what we usually call strength training, or equipment training. Exercise is a kind of destruction to muscles, so why does destruction make muscles grow? This is the principle of super recovery. Simply put, after each exercise, our muscle level (the thickness of the muscle fibers) will recover to a higher level than before exercise. This usually occurs 24 to 72 hours after exercise, depending on the person. Imagine if each of our exercises is within the last super recovery time, then our muscles will continue to be stimulated and grow. That's why we do muscle training 2-3 times a week (beginner trainers). Therefore, learning to use this method to exercise will achieve good results.
